1. Products & Services

  • All items are made-to-order and designed exclusively by JoyPrints.
  • Availability of designs may change based on current trends and demand.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate or offensive requests.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected at checkout.
  • COD is available for eligible locations and may include an additional handling fee.
  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Accepted payment methods include online payments and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

3. Shipping

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier services.
  • JoyPrints is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if product tags are intact and the process remains hassle-free.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong items will be replaced at no extra cost.
  • For trend-based designs, returns may be accepted after review.
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
  • COD orders are refundable only after the product is returned and verified.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on JoyPrints are the intellectual property of JoyPrints.
  • Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute JoyPrints designs without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • JoyPrints is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Privacy

  • Customer information is used only for order processing and communication.
  • We respect your privacy and do not share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
