Returns & Refunds Policy — JoyPrints

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Eligible products: Plain T-Shirts and Hoodies only. Printed, customized, or other product types are not eligible for returns.
• Payment method: Only orders paid via online payment are eligible. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for returns.
• Return window: Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return Request:

1. Email us at shop@joyprints.co.in or WhatsApp us at +918792493343 within 2 days of delivery.
2. Include the following details:
   • Order number (e.g. #1010)
   • Product name and size
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos of the item
3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and share further instructions.
4. Once approved, ship the item back in its original condition with tags intact.
5. Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
