📦 Order Processing

• All products are made-to-order and require 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier services.
• Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take slightly longer due to courier verification.
• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

🌍 Service Coverage

• We currently ship across India.
• If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

📩 Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can monitor your order status until it reaches your doorstep.

⚠️ Delays

• JoyPrints is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

🛑 Non-Delivery

• If a COD order is refused at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.
• In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may return the package to us.
